About Me

Hi! I'm Nashiha! I am passionate about driving innovation at the intersection of technology, business, and creativity.

Most recently, I served as a Technology Operations Manager at a Social Security Disability law firm, leading initiatives in website development, operational strategy, and AI. I hold an MBA from Lynn University, where I served as an Apple Campus Leader, representing Apple and bringing technology-driven experiences to the campus community. Additionally, I was a graduate intern at the Career and Alumni Connections office, supporting career initiatives and creating opportunities for Lynn students.

I have a diverse educational background with an MA in Philosophy and a BSc in Computer Engineering from Bilkent University. My interdisciplinary passion for the sciences and arts drives me to create impactful work that bridges technology and human experience. My research interests led me to explore the Philosophy of Artificial Intelligence, culminating in my thesis, "A Re-examination of Computational Creativity through Non-Human Animals," which drew parallels between creative processes in non-human animals and artificial systems.

Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to work across various roles and industries. I gained invaluable experience as part of the Disney Cultural Exchange Program, working at Walt Disney World, and as a Technology Pre-Sales Intern at Oracle in Turkey. During my time at Bilisim A.S., I worked on ERP projects, strengthening my skills in software development and client-server applications. I also had the honor of presenting my paper, "A Discourse on Ergodic Life via Mark. Z. Danielewski’s House of Leaves," on ergodic texts at the APEAA conference in Portugal.

As a self-employed web and graphic designer during the pandemic, I had the opportunity to work on diverse creative projects, building websites for playwrights and writers. I am now proud to leverage my background as a Technology Operations Manager, leading technology initiatives including AI projects, website development, and operational strategy. My mission is to contribute meaningfully in environments that foster creativity, innovation, and a positive impact on society.

In my free time, I love to hang out with friends, learn new languages, travel, play video and board games, swim, paint and draw, read, and watch movies and TV shows!
